Ellen: Oscar Host

I love Ellen DeGeneres! She's like a female Eddie Izzard...

When I was over in America for a few weeks last year I got slightly addicted to her television show, which is aired daily in the States.

Aside from the really random and regular dancing, it's incredibly funny and I wish a UK channel would pick it up immediately and show it. I mean, they've done it for the hideous Tyra Banks show, why not Ellen?

And now she is to follow in the footsteps of last year's brilliant presenter, Jon Stewart and host The Oscars in February 2007.
