5ive'll Make You Get Down... (To Oxford Circus)
I turned on my computer this morning (post Totally Boyband) thinking no pop news could excite the embers of my post-Take That reunion boyband joy pit. (or something)
Oh, how wrong I was.
I glided over to PopJustice this morning and there was this press release:
On 27 September, we will be announcing some major FIVE news.Thank god they reiterated the time in three different ways; just in case midday doesn't cover it, 12pm and noon add some helpful pointers to fans / music industry types.
FIVE will be holding a press conference at MTV in London at midday (12pm/Noon) so get yourselves down there to give us some support to and hear the news first hand!
ALL FANS ARE WELCOME! MTV London UK House 180 Oxford Street London (from the Oxford Circus tube & go east/right. It's on the north side of the Oxford St, just past Great Titchfield St)
Seeing as this was announced yesterday I think you can understand why you should never miss a day of PJ news.
If they're reforming /starring in a mock-documentary it's going to be like the year 2000 never happened and we're back in the nineties. Which was a great decade! Hurrah.
Although it would mean Busted never happened, which I have a slight problem with.
But with Matt Willis bringing out 'Don't Let It Go To Waste' or 'Get Out The Car' (or whatever it's called...) soon and being nominated for a kids Mercury Music Prize I think it's safe to say he won't be forgotten...
I hope.
Anyway, 5ive/FIVE/5 are possibly back, at least in press conference form. Although didn't the shaved headed one leave and was replaced for a short while by a cardboard cutout?
Should be interesting...
