Don't Mind Doing It For The Kids...

October 16-20th is National Music Week and, as part of this, a 'Mercury Music Prize' for kids has been announced.

More than 1700 schools in the UK are taking part, and a winner will be announced on October 31st.

Pupils will be given a token which they can exchange for a download or CD by one of the artists on the My Music prize shortlist.

The shortlist is made up of a selection of artists from many musical genres...
